To keep our prices low, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If you order/pay for the build and change your mind once delivery is set up, then you will be subject to the 15% fee as well. We took the time to build it, you will need to pay for changing your mind. We hope you understand, on a custom build, this build is set up for you. If this gun has Cerakote, the refund will be our discretion up to 50% restocking fee.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 15% restocking fee applies and further fees will be applied if any use or damage has occurred in the process. If it is damaged in shipping, you will be responsible for filing charges and subject to fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Number (“RMN”) prior to returning any items. To obtain an RMN, please email info@breachersllc.com with your name, order number and reason for return.
The RMN must be submitted with every return item. Please write the RMN number on the outside of the package.

Lost Packages
All packages are insured by USPS and the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the US Postal Service for return of lost funds. The company is not responsible for filling out claims for lost packages. We ensure all packages on behalf of our customers so that they can make any claims with the US Postal Service to the extent that the customers package has actually been stolen or lost in the mail. The company claims and has no responsibility for the package or the value the package after it has left the building and is the reason why we insure it on behalf of the customer to protect their interests.
